Terms of Agreement & Additional Cancellation & Refund Policy Information:

If Covid-19 or pandemic regulations interfere (for example, the destination is under lockdown), the retreat will be rescheduled for a later date, and we will notify you of future dates.

​

If this occurs, you will have the option to transfer all of your funds towards future retreat dates, or you will be receiving a full refund.

​

No refund is given if the participant has contracted the virus and is unable to attend the retreat, in which case travel insurance would most likely cover any losses depending on the travel insurer's policy.

​

*We highly recommend travel insurance to cover any non-refundable expenses. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options. Make sure that your plan covers losses due to a pandemic.

We will follow COVID guidelines for the Creative Life Center and City of Sedona regulations for COVID.

If the facilitator(s) are unable to attend due to illness or other extreme circumstances, they will provide a replacement.

Other Unforeseen Circumstances Causing Cancellations:

Sedona Rebirth Tours, LLC and Dr. Harmony, or anyone affiliated with her or her business who is not responsible for inclement weather, political acts, or any "acts of God" or the shortening of a trip due to these occurrences. Nor are they accountable for airline or ground operator defaults or repayment of monies lost. Nor are they responsible for lost luggage. Flight schedules and accommodations are subject to change at any time, though such changes are not anticipated.

There will be no refunds for any changes beyond the control of the event's facilitators.

We strongly suggest that you have medical coverage if you require medical attention during the event or take out any accidental policies that would cover any injuries that could occur.

​

Medical Release:

Registering for this event confirms that you are in good health and can travel and participate in hiking events. After registering, you will receive a medical release form. You will need to fill it out and return it to drharmony@twinflameexpert.com before the retreat.

Don't forget to get any medical clearances if you have any restrictions or hindered traveling capacity. Also, if you require any medications, you bring plenty of what you need during your stay.

If, for any reason, unforeseen circumstances arise with the venue location, we have the right to book a new venue. Still, it will be equal in accommodating the delivery of the events planned at the retreat.

 

Excursions:

Attending this event signifies you take full responsibility for your well-being during the event. After registration, we will provide you with waivers agreeing to use caution while hiking or touring the areas.

After registration, you will receive a release of liability form that must be signed and returned to drharmony@twinflameexpert.com before attending the event.

Travel Insurance:

​We strongly encourage you to secure all your investments with travel insurance.

Feel free to use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance – they have several types of policies available and should be able to accommodate your needs.

You will be required to sign all liability and release forms before attending the retreat; there will be no exceptions. So make sure to return them as soon as you receive them, which will be shortly after your registration.
